Age-Graded Performance Calculator The age-factored performance World Masters Athletics defines: your time times the published age factor, rounded the way the rulebook rounds it. The factor comes from you, because it is a published table and an approximation would be worst at the ages that use it most. Combined Events Scoring Calculator Decathlon and heptathlon points from the published closed form, not an interpolated table: A × (B − T)^C for a track event, A × (P − B)^C for a field event, truncated. All seventeen coefficient sets, checked against six score sheets the IAAF printed in the same document. Pace Unit Converter Pace in one unit turned into pace in every other: seconds and minutes per kilometre, per mile, per lap and per 100 m. Pace only — pace and speed are reciprocals and cannot share one ladder of factors, and this page says why. Race Split Times Calculator A target pace turned into a finishing time, a per-kilometre split and a pair of halves — even, or negatively split by a percentage you choose. Times are in seconds with the hours, minutes and seconds beneath, because the calculator cannot print a colon. Race Time Predictor Calculator Riegel's endurance equation: a result at one distance turned into a predicted time at another, with the exponent as an input because it is a fitted number and not a constant. A marathon from a 5 km is where it is weakest, and this page shows by how much. Running Pace Calculator Pace per kilometre and per mile from a distance and a finishing time, with the speed beside it. The headline is in seconds, because the calculator has no text type and cannot print a colon — the whole minutes and the remaining seconds are the two figures under it. Track Lane Distance and Stagger Calculator The exact length of one lap in any lane, and the stagger that makes a one-lap race fair, from the kerb radius, the lane width and the straight. It reproduces World Athletics' own 400 m marking plan to the millimetre. Wind Reading and Altitude Legality Interpreter Whether a wind reading leaves a performance eligible for a record, under World Athletics Competition Rule 31 — and what the rule does not do. It does not correct the time, there is no altitude limit at all, and a raw +2.03 is recorded as +2.1, which makes it illegal.
