Bodyweight Score Comparison Interpreter Two lifters, three published formulas, and whether they agree. Wilks 1995, DOTS and IPF GL points rank the same pair in different orders often enough that “who is the better lifter” has no answer without naming the formula first — which is why several of them exist. IPF GL Points Calculator The International Powerlifting Federation's current relative score from its own published closed form, 100 ÷ (A − B·e^(−C·bodyweight)) × result, with the A, B and C the IPF publishes for each sex, each equipment class and each event. Reproduced against 14 rows of a federation scoresheet. Plate Loading and Barbell Weight Calculator What goes on each end of the bar for a target weight, from the IWF's and IPF's own disc specifications — with the collars counted, the pairing done properly, and a target the discs cannot make reported as unreachable rather than rounded to something that fits. Powerlifting Total and Attempt Selection Calculator The three-lift total from the best valid squat, bench press and deadlift, and the arithmetic of the attempt that is left — the IPF's minimum 2.5 kg progression, its multiple-of-2.5 rule, and the smallest legal attempt that still reaches a target total. Sinclair Coefficient Calculator Weightlifting's bodyweight adjustment from the formula the IWF publishes: ten to the power of A × (log₁₀(bodyweight ÷ b))², and exactly one at or above b. A and b are refitted every Olympic cycle, so the cycle is an input and there is a field for a sheet this page has not read. Strength Standards Explainer What a beginner, intermediate or advanced strength standard actually is, whose data it comes from, and why no governing body publishes one. This page computes no standard, because any table it printed would be somebody's percentile of somebody's population presented as a fact about lifting. Weight Class and Bodyweight Interpreter Which weight class a bodyweight falls in, for the IPF's 2026 powerlifting classes and the IWF's weightlifting categories both before and after the set that took effect on 1 August 2026. The federation and the edition are inputs, because the classes are neither the same nor fixed. Wilks and DOTS Score Calculator Three bodyweight-adjusted powerlifting scores from their published polynomials — Wilks as released in 1995, the Wilks 2020 revision and DOTS — side by side on one lifter, because they are different curves and rank lifters differently. Every coefficient names the document it was read from.
