Pregnancy Weight Tracker & Chart
Gaining the right amount of weight during pregnancy is essential for the long-term health of both you and your baby. But weight gain isn’t linear—it varies by trimester.
This calculator charts your personal trajectory based on IOM guidelines, visualizes your progress curve, and breaks down exactly where that weight comes from (it’s not just fat!).

Using the Chart
1
Pre-Pregnancy Baseline
Enter your weight *before* you conceived. This determines your BMI category and target curves.
2
Current Check-In
Enter your current weight and weeks. The pink dot on the chart shows where you are relative to the blue/purple guide lines.
3
Target Range
Check “Target Next Week”. This small, actionable goal is easier to manage than the total pregnancy target.
Disclaimer: Every pregnancy is unique. These are general guidelines (IOM 2009). If you are carrying twins or have specific health conditions, your doctor may recommend different targets. Always consult your OB/GYN.
